Although I frequent the Gap a couple of times a month, I would forget that it even existed if weren’t for these collaborations they have been rolling out over the past few months.
But I guess they got the memo, too.
Today’s release: The Artist Designed T-shirts in collaboration with the Whitney Museum of American Art that retail at $28-$38, a limited-edition collection designed by 13 contemporary art icons from around the globe, including Jeff Koons, Chuck Close, and Marilyn Minter.
I’m growing especially partial to the tee designed by Kerry Marshall, It’s tagged with the phrase, “Everything will be alright. I just know it will.” Let us all hope so…
Gap has added all of the interviews of the artists on to their site. Get inspired and shop.
