In high school, I had friend who pulled out all of the hairs from her bright-colored toothbrushes and then proceeded to boil them so she could make them pliable enough to make quirky bracelets out of them.
They looked amazing but they were just a little too arts & crafts for me.
However, looking back on things, if she would have had the ingenious idea to construct bracelets out of zippers like up-and-coming jeweler Disaya Prakobsantisukh, I would have been all for it.
The Central St. Martin grad is making a lot of noise with her new set of metal zipper bracelets. The iron maiden pieces will look great with any comfy tee and your favorite pair of shorts this summer.
Question: Marc Jacobs has Anna Sheffield. Shouldn’t Disaya hook-up with Alexander Wang? Someone, please make it happen!
